Most of our standard furniture pieces are processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer white-glove delivery for an additional fee on select large furniture items. This service includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
