At New Hall Interiors, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible furniture and decor items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
